375 g faina, 1 praf de copt, 1 ou, 180 g de margarina, 80 g zahar, sare, 2 cesti de marmelada de mere, 80 g stafide, ½ lingurita de scortisoara pisata, 2 linguri de amidon, zahar pudra.

Se framanta un aluat de faina, ou, praf de copt, margarina, zahar sis are. Se opreste 1/3 din aluat, iar restul se intinde intr-o tava, imbracandu-I si marginile. Marmelada se amesteca cu amidonul, stafidele, scortisoara si se intinde acest amestec peste aluatul din tava. Cu coca ramasa se fac grile care se vor intinde in cruces peste umplutura. Dupa ce prajitura s-a copt, se pudreaza imediat cu zahar.
