1 peste de 1 kg, 4 cepe, 30 g unt, 1 pahar de vin alb, 2 galbenusuri, 100g smantana proaspata, patrunjel, marar, 1 lamaie, ½ kg cartofi, sare, piper.

Intr-o cratita unsa cu unt se pun cepele taiate pestisori, iar pe deasupra pestele curatat si spalat. Se presara sare si piper; se toarna vinul si dupa ce s-a acoperit pestele cu o hartie unsa cu unt, se lasa la cuptor, la foc mic, circa ½ ora.Galbenusurile se freaca cu smantana, se sareaza, se adauga verdeata tocata marunt si se toarna peste peste inainte de a-l servi. Garnitura: cartofi fierti, taiati in felii rotunde si rondele de lamaie.
