8 oua, 4 vinete mici, 2 cesti de sos de rosii foarte picant, 4 felii de costita sau kaiser, 4 linguri de ulei, sare, piper, patrunjel.

Vinetele se curata de coaja si se taie in forma de rondele. Se sareaza si se lasa sa se scurga. Dupa ce si-au lasat apa, se sterg cu un servet si se prajesc in ulei. Costita se taie in cubulete si se prajeste separate. Ouale se vor face jumari. Pe un platou incalzit, se aranjeaza feliile de vinete, jumarile si costita. Se toarna sosul de rosii si se presara patrunjel tocat.
