Dulceata de cirese amare

1 kg de cirese amare, 1 kg zahar, 4 pahare apa, 1 lamaie, 1/2 baton vanilie.

Se inlatura coditele, scotandu-se  samburii. Se pune intr-o cratita zaharul si apa la foc mic pana la dizolvarea zaharului, apoi se va tine la foc iute, iar cand siropul incepe sa se lege se va adauga vanilia si zeama de la o lamaie.

Dupa ce siropul s-a legat bine se vor adauga ciresele, lasandu-se circa 10 minute la foc mic, dupa care se va da la foc mai iute circa 20-30 minute, pana cand dulceata se leaga bine.

Dupa racire, se va pune in borcane.
