Supa cu perisoare de pui

Varsta: peste 2 ani

Hrana pentru: sistemul muscular

– 300 g carne tocata de pui

– doua cepe albe
– 1 ou
– 2 linguri gris
– 1 lingura faina
– 3 morcovi
– 1 patrunjel
– 2 litri apa
– 100 ml suc de rosii
– sare si piper

Mod de preparare

Se pune apa cu sare la fiert, iar cand se da in clocot se adauga legumele, curatate si taiate.

Se amesteca pieptul de pui cu albusul si grisul si jumatate din patrunjeul verde tocat si condimentele. Din acest amestec se fac perisoarele mici, care se dau prin faina, apoi se adauga in supa care clocoteste. Cand carnea si legumele au fiert, se da supa de pe foc si de presara deasupra restul de patrunjel.
